    The Story Behind
    Engage & Grow

    Engage & Grow was created because Kristine could see how many good business owners were getting stuck inside their HighLevel software.

    Smart, capable people were investing in a powerful platform with real hope and ambition, only to end up overwhelmed, frustrated, and second-guessing every step. What should have felt like a business asset had started to feel like a giant headache.

    She saw the same pattern again and again: messy accounts, snapshots that did not fit, email connections that were half-working or broken, automations that were not behaving properly, and business owners circling the same problems without getting clear answers.

    That mattered deeply because Kristine cares about building things properly. She is a strategist by nature. She values clarity, systems that make sense, and understanding how the moving parts work together rather than just pressing buttons and hoping for the best.

    Beyond Surface-Level Fixes

    That is what led her to go beyond surface-level knowledge and pursue real mastery of the platform, eventually becoming one of the first HighLevel Certified Admins in March 2024. That milestone reflected the standard she wanted Engage & Grow to be built on: real knowledge, real skill, and support that goes beyond surface-level fixes.

    Another meaningful moment came in October 2025, when she was recognised on stage at the LevelUp Summit in Dallas and presented with the Bronze Affilionaire Award. It was a proud acknowledgement of the business's credibility, growth, and impact.

    Dan L'Estrange joined the business in 2025 and became a HighLevel Certified Admin in early 2026 to expand the team and help even more businesses in their CRM accounts.
